Step 3: Pre-Production Sample
We manufacture 3–5 physical samples before production begins. Samples are dispatched by express courier (DHL/FedEx) for your approval. No full production run starts without written sample approval.
Step 4: Production
Upon sample approval and deposit receipt, your order enters the production schedule. Standard production: 10–15 working days. Expedited production available on request.
Step 5: Quality Control
All finished goods pass AQL 2.5 outgoing inspection covering dimensional accuracy, print registration, lid fitment, and surface defects. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) available at buyer's request.
Step 6: Shipment
Orders are packed in polybag + inner carton + outer export carton. We ship from any port in China. FOB Qingdao is standard. Full set of export documents provided: packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading, and certificate of origin.
